Zack Greer Plays With Minnesota Wild Player John Scott

Zack Greer has become household name in Minnesota playing for the NLL Swarm. He's so well liked that the local news network got him on the ice to play puck with NHL Wild player John Scott. The crazy thing is is that Greer was also a stud in hockey and got drafted by the Ontario Hockey League. On the other hand, John Scott grew up playing lacrosse heavily. Side note: Check out the Reebok pump skates that Greer is rocking.

North Carolina Stands Tall

As you watch UNC gain speed this season you'll notice most, if not all, of them wearing blue bracelets on their wrists. The rubber bracelets commemorate the life of Michael Piegare, the now deceased brother of current Tar Heel Kevin Piegare. Michael, a Cold Spring Harbor native, played lacrosse at Pace University in Pleasantville, New York, and passed away 15 months ago. Kevin and his family continue to keep the memory of Michael alive with the bracelets and a website in his honor. VIDEO HERE...

Rip the Duck T-Shirt Design Winner Announced

In late 2009 STX ran a contest on FaceBook to design the Rip the Duck promotional t-shirt. Blake DeRosier won it and STX slightly tweaked his design, cleaned it up a little and gave it some brighter colors.
