HAMILTON, N.Y. - The eighth-ranked and second-seeded Lehigh men’s lacrosse team put together one of its strongest offensive outbursts of the season, tying a season-high 16 goals to beat the #10 Colgate Raiders, 16-14 and win its first-ever Patriot League Tournament Championship on Sunday. The Mountain Hawks (14-2) jumped out to a 5-0 lead then held off a Raiders’ (12-3) charge to earn the league’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Our favorite lacrosse announcer, Booker Corrigan, laid down another amazing video for us to ogle. Corrigan wound up covering his alma mater, Radnor High School, for Kudda Sports over the weekend. In a post-game interview, Corrigan took two kids aside to discuss math, science, rap, and other things unrelated to the game. I friggin' died when I first watched this. Read More...
In the THSLL Division I quarter-finals on Sunday, Senior attack Will Perkins scored a career-high seven goals to carry the North District #2 seed St. Mark’s to a 10-8 victory over Central District #1 seed Westlake. Last year, the Chaps (12-5) were also eliminated by St. Mark’s in the quarterfinal round of the state playoffs. The Lions (16-3) now advance to a semi-final match-up against South District #1 seed Houston Christian High School (16-3), who will be eagerly anticipating its first Division I semi-final game and first ever match-up between these two squads. St. Mark’s has now progressed to a Texas Final Four berth in five out of the last six years, but are still looking for their first THSLL state championship trophy. Read More...

Last year Lacrosse Playground did an article on Natty Broh's and their unique lacrosse jerseys and this year they're back. Natty Brohs are a summer lacrosse team based out of Baltimore, MD. They have been playing together since last summer, and they competed in the Maryland State of Lacrosse Games, Fredrick County Freemason Tournament, and Howard County Men's Lacrosse League.

Today #1 Loyola fell to #10 JHU in a thrilling OT game, 10-9. The loss was Loyola's first of the season, snapping a school-record tying 12-game winning streak. Loyola also wore new TII helmets from Warrior. The helmets stray from their usual Matte Black and Green helmets. Read More...
