CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Season tickets for the 2013 Virginia men’s and women’s lacrosse seasons are now on sale. Virginia lacrosse season tickets may be purchased online at VirginiaSports.com, by phone at (800) 542-8821 or in person at the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office in Bryant Hall at Scott Stadium Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The 2013 lacrosse general admission season ticket includes admission to all Virginia home games for both men’s and women’s lacrosse (17 games total). The all-lacrosse general admission season ticket is $50 for adults and $40 for youth, seniors and UVa faculty and staff.

An all-lacrosse reserved season ticket is available for $60. Fans may also purchase reserved season tickets exclusively for men’s lacrosse ($50) or women’s lacrosse ($30). Reserved seating is limited to the blue chair back seats at Klöckner Stadium. Due to a sellout of reserved tickets in 2012, any new orders for reserved season tickets will be put on a waitlist. Patrons on the waitlist from last year will be carried over to this year. The priority deadline for reserved season tickets is Jan. 25.

If the Athletics Ticket Office is able to accommodate new requests for reserved season tickets, customers will be contacted following the Jan. 25 priority renewal deadline date. Waitlist requests will be based first on VAF priority, next on additional ticket requests from season ticket holders and then the general public based on a date-received basis.

The men’s lacrosse team hosts nine regular-season home games at Klöckner Stadium in 2013. UVa opens its men’s lacrosse season on Feb. 16 vs. Drexel. The home schedule also includes games against VMI (Feb. 19), Mount St. Mary’s (Feb. 26), Vermont (March 5), Cornell (March 9), Ohio State (March 16), Maryland (April 6), North Carolina (April 6) and Bellarmine (April 20).

The women’s lacrosse eight-game home schedule begins on March 1 vs. Maryland. UVa also hosts Penn State (March 3), William & Mary (March 13), Princeton (March 16), Duke (March 23), Northwestern (April 7), Johns Hopkins (April 11) and Virginia Tech (April 17).

Single-game tickets to a men’s or women’s game are $10 (reserved seating), $8 (adult general admission) and $6 (youth, senior, faculty/staff general admission). Single-game tickets will go on sale Feb. 8.
