TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Tampa has announced the addition of Johns Hopkins attacker Mike Morris and Hofstra attacker Jake Rooney to it men's lacrosse program. Johns Hopkins attackman Mike Morris and Hofstra attackman Jake Rooney have decided to transfer and continue their playing careers at the University of Tampa, with both enrolled at UT and eligible for competition. Fried will lead Team USA as head coach through the 2017 Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) World Cup in Surrey, England, where the U.S. will seek a third consecutive world title and eighth overall. He led Team USA to a perfect 7-0 mark at the 2013 FIL World Cup in Oshawa, Ontario, where the U.S. outscored its opponents by a record 13.2 goals per game, including a 19-5 victory over Canada in the gold medal game.
