24 Boys Named to Under Armour Underclass Lacrosse Tournament Upstate NY Roster

Baltimore, Md. (June 10, 2015) – Under Armour®, Inc. (NYSE: UA) and Corrigan Sports Enterprises announced today the roster of boys who will represent the Upstate New York region at the 2015 Under Armour Underclass Lacrosse Tournament. The sport’s most prestigious underclassmen tournament will feature girls and boys teams from Baltimore, Long Island, Midwest, New England, New Jersey, Philadelphia, South, Upstate New York, Washington, D.C., and West and consist of players from the graduating classes of 2016-18.

The event will take place July 3-5 at Johnny Unitas Stadium on the campus of Towson University in Towson, MD. Over the three days, the teams will battle in a 10-team pool play tournament. The weekend is capped off on Sunday afternoon with championships for both the boys and girls regional teams.

The Underclass Tournament is part of the Under Armour All-America weekend, which features 88 of the nation’s best high school senior boys and girls facing off July 3rd at Towson’s Johnny Unitas Stadium.

PLAYERS WHO IMPRESSED AT TRYOUTS: Lucas Quinn (Midfield/2017/Niskayuna/Niskayuna, NY; committed to Syracuse): Outstanding tryout where he proved to be unstoppable at midfield. Coming off leading Niskayuna to the NY State Class A state championship. Austin Staats (Attack/2016/Assumption/Oshweken, Ontario; uncommitted): An extremely impressive finisher who will lead the attack. His skill-set developed in the box game translates well to the field game. Jamie Trimboli (Midfield/2016/Victor/Rochester, NY; committed to Syracuse): A strong two-way midfielder that can shoot with either right or left hand on the run. Making a second straight appearance on the Underclass team.
