Brine Set To Launch Earn It Academy At This Year’s Big City Classic

Warren, Mich. Brine Lacrosse, the premier lacrosse brand for players who want to earn every victory, is excited to announce a new, interactive experience being showcased to players throughout the country. Brine’s “Earn It Academy” is an immersive, interactive obstacle course that challenges players of all skill sets to utilize speed, strength, coordination and more. The Earn It Academy doesn’t just challenge LAX players to compete against the clock, either. The Academy lets visitors compete against other LAXers across the country by recording their scores online, seeing where they stack up against strangers and friends.

“The Earn It Academy is a lot of fun, but at the same time you’re actually using the same skills you use on the field, you know – speed, stamina, footwork, coordination,” Brine Team Elite member and two-time MLL All-Star Ned Crotty stated. “The Earn It Academy tests it all.”

“I think having the ability to track your scores online and show off not just to your friends but to other players across the country is the coolest part,” added All-Star defensemen and fellow Brine Team Elite member Joel White.

The Earn It Academy is debuting in style at the 5th annual Konica Minolta Big City Classic, held April 27th at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Fans will be able to put their skills to the test at the Academy before watching Princeton vs. Cornell and Notre Dame vs. Syracuse.

“The atmosphere around the Big City Classic is great,” White noted, “and having this new Earn It Academy there is only going to make the atmosphere crazier.”

More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.
