Emmanuel (GA) Unveils 2014 Lacrosse Uniforms

Emmanuel College (GA) recently unveiled its new game and practice uniforms along with its equipment for the 2014 season. The Emmanuel Lions enter their final season in the SELC and the MCLA as the college makes the move from the NAIA to NCAA DII where the Lions will play the 2015 season in Conference Carolinas. As an athletic department, EC sports all Nike equipment so there is no shortage here including the custom Nike Vapor Elite gloves, Nike Vapor Zoom Carbon Fly Low Lax cleats, and the Nike Huarache 4 Lax cleats (Nike Vapor Elite Socks included).

Game day presents multiple options for the Lions as they have three different custom sets of jerseys and shorts which make endless combinations. The white and black uniform sets are the Nike Six Nations jersey and short, and the cardinal setup is the new Nike Vapor Lax Modified jersey and short. Emmanuel also has home sublimated light grey Nike Vapor Carbon shooters as well as a set of away sublimated black Nike Flow shooters.

The Nike gear does not just show up on game day though. Each player receives a black long sleeve Dri-Fit, a grey short sleeve Dri-Fit, two Dri-Fit shorts in black and dark gray, and a pair of sublimated Nike Vapor Carbon short for practices and workouts. For your chillier weather, players have a black NPC Therma-Fit long sleeve, grey Nike Therma-Fit sweats, grey Nike Therma-Fit hoody, and a black Nike ¼ zip rain jacket.

Part of being in the Lion Pride also means the players get STX and Cascade goods as well. Every player gets a black Cascade with the gold face mask and red chin strap along with a white Cascade with the custom “E” chin strap. Maroon and white STX Cell II armguards will be worn by each Lion this year. Players also get their choice of head and handle each year – this years “go to” for attack and middies is the STX Surgeon Sci-Ti with the STX Super Power while most defenders picked the Nike Vapor Elite and STX Hammer combo.

The Emmanuel Lions will first get to show off their new goods when they take on Point University in Augusta, Georgia on Saturday, Jan. 25.
