SYRACUSE, NY — The Hudson Valley and New York City regions are off to hot starts, as the first ever Empire State Cup lacrosse event is underway at Central Square Stadium outside of Syracuse, New York. Liam Banks launches LB3 St Louis



Atlanta, GA – LB3 Lacrosse has opened operations in St. Louis, Missouri. The expansion will involve new lacrosse opportunities for players in the St Louis area and an LB3 influx of elite coaching into two existing programs. LB3 has taken over operation of St Louis Metro Lacrosse and St Louis Kings Lacrosse. Kings and Metro have been operated by St Louis native Matt Prime, a close friend of LB3 Founder Liam Banks. Vision Training For Lacrosse – Lacrosse Roads of America

This past spring our Indiana University Men’s Lacrosse goalies underwent sports vision training, with the help of the Indiana University School of Optometry (IUSO). Sports vision training has been implemented for various professional sports teams, guided by an optometrist who has done a residency in binocular vision therapy. Currently, vision therapy is underutilized at the college and high school level. There are no specific programs that meet the visual demands for the sport of lacrosse. The visual requirements to be a top tier lacrosse goalie could be considered the most demanding in all of sports when you take into consideration shot speed, shot release points (overhand, ¾, sidearm, and low), and shot distance. 2012 Tri-State National Summer Lacrosse Festival Set to Welcome 358 Teams and 7500 Players This Weekend



Hightstown, NJ – July 5, 2012 – This weekend, Tri- State Lacrosse welcomes 358 high school and youth lacrosse teams from across the country to compete in the 12th annual Tri- State National Summer Lacrosse Festival at Mercer Country Park.
