Bostonlax and 3D Lacrosse Announce Partnership

Boston, Ma- Bostonlax.net, the leader in high school lacrosse coverage in Massachusetts is proud to announce a partnership with 3D Lacrosse. 3D is utilizing the team page profile to post all news, scores, videos and much more to Bostonlax.net and will continue to engage their fans with the help of the website.

“3d Blue Chip is a partnership between Jake Reed and 3d Lacrosse to find the best players from across the entire country. The venture is rooted in the idea that there are far more high level lacrosse players than the original Jake Reed camp could unearth, and that in order to truly find the best it was necessary to build strong relationships with club coaches across the country and to give their players the opportunity to earn the right to play at the prestigious Jake Reed Nike Blue Chip Camp. For 3d it allows us to expose more of the lacrosse world to the 3d Box/Field methodology and to restructure the way showcase lacrosse is played. Of the time players spend at 3d Blue Chip 60% of field time is spent on the development of high level skills and the building of lacrosse IQ. All players will be instructed in the nuances of high level motion offenses and defensive philosophies which will then be implemented in game play. Our methodology mitigates the selfishness normally found in showcase lacrosse. Through the 3d Blue Chip evaluation process 120 players are chosen to attend Nike Blue Chip, to play with and against the best the country has to offer.

Though there is an online application process, no player will be accepted to the camp without the written consent of their club or high school coach. 95% of the players that attend the camp are nominated by their club coach. If you are interested in the camp reach out to club or high school coach and ask him for a nomination. –David Jenkins, Director of 3D.

Lacrosse Playground

In 2009, Adam O’Neill, Harry Alford and Thomas Alford launched Lacrosse Playground as the preeminent site for lacrosse gearheads. For years Lacrosse Playground provided lacrosse fans with tutorials and tips on how to string a lacrosse head, up-close looks at the gear the top players used and sneak peeks at equipment and uniforms before they were released. More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.
