Breaking: NALL to Begin in September Due to National TV Deal

SOMERVILLE, NJ (January, 4, 2012)- The North American Lacrosse League announced today that Anthony R. Caruso has been dismissed as League Counsel and Acting Commissioner by the league’s board of governors.

The league will delay the start to their season until September 2012. Teams in Jacksonville, Hershey, Wilkes-Barre, and Charlotte will play in the upcoming season, which will now begin in September and go through November. The NALL is waiting to confirm the participation from the Kentucky and Boston franchises.

The reason for the move is due to a National TV deal, which will be announced in the coming weeks. Teams will still play exhibition games this Spring against team Ireland and others. The individual teams will release these schedules.
