Brine Announces Sponsorship of National Blue Chip Elite Girls Lacrosse Recruiting Camp

Syosset, NY – National Blue Chip Elite Lacrosse, the nation’s premier lacrosse program and invitation only camp for young women, announced today that Brine, the recognized industry leader in lacrosse, soccer and field hockey, will sponsor its first elite girls lacrosse recruiting camp taking place from July 16, 2013 to July 18, 2013, at Ukrop Park Sports Complex, 5300 Ridgedale Parkway, Richmond, VA.

The agreement will make Brine the named sponsor of the camp and will provide attendees with gear and game apparel. It is clear that both organizations recognize that there is a void in women’s lacrosse and that it must be filled with quality programs, gear and professionals. Members of National Blue Chip Elite’s management have had long standing working relationships with Brine. Dave Kotowski, National Blue Chip Elite Managing Member, has been the Northeast Regional Director for the Brine National Lacrosse Classic for the last two years and Brine was the team equipment sponsor while Sue Murphy was the head coach at Boston University and University of Richmond.

“We are pleased that Brine is joining with us to support our national recruiting camp which will focus on the top girls lacrosse players. The equipment and gear that will be provided will allow participants to effectively show off their skills. The founders of National Blue Chip Elite recognize the importance of having the leading women’s lacrosse advocate and manufacturer involved with the camp,” said Coach Sue Murphy, National Director of National Blue Chip Elite and former Team USA Coach and Division I coach.

“At Brine we seek to bring our best in class products and apparel to competitive athletes on all levels. Being part of this elite girls lacrosse recruiting camp allows us to demonstrate the advantages of our products and reaffirms our strong dedication and commitment to girls’ lacrosse. We were attracted to this camp because of the unique way the program has been designed, the quality coaches who will run the camp and because the top girls lacrosse players will be in attendance,” said Kathleen Miller, Brine Women’s Sports Marketing Representative.

National Blue Chip Elite’s invitation-only lacrosse recruiting camp features a combine, college level drills, leadership sessions and full games with experienced referees. Additionally, the program will offer recruiting sessions for parents and players to learn about the process from the country’s top experts and coaches. The camp will showcase student athletes’ from four different graduating years – rising freshmen, rising sophomores, rising juniors and uncommitted seniors. These players will have the opportunity to showcase their athleticism, lacrosse skills, lacrosse IQ, talents and abilities in three different settings: NFL style combine, college level drills as well as real game scenarios. For coaches, the National Blue Chip Elite Girls Lacrosse Recruiting Camp provides data, resources and technology within an ideal setting to evaluate the nation’s top girls lacrosse prospects all in one location.

The National Blue Chip Elite Girls Lacrosse Recruiting Camp is designed to bring the best coaches and high school girls lacrosse players together in the perfect setting to help student athletes get recruited.
