WASHINGTON, DC – BTB Lax has announced the release of Off-Hand Ninja, a one of a kind training program to help high school and youth lacrosse players improve their off-hand. This highly specialized workout program was designed by BTB Lax coaches, Matt Rienzo and Jesse Miller, and demonstrated by pro lacrosse player Mike Kimmel.

BTB Lax is the number one online lacrosse training company in the country and was formed in 2012 by lacrosse coaches Matt Rienzo and Jesse Miller. Rienzo and Miller have over 30 years of combined coaching experience at Georgetown University, the University of Notre Dame, Tufts University, Gonzaga College High School, Club Blue, and Breakout Lacrosse, and they have coached more than 40 collegiate All-Americans.

Based off surveys filled out by thousands of lacrosse players, coaches, and parents, BTB Lax identified the off-hand as the primary skill that most lacrosse players need to improve to become elite lacrosse players and take their game to the next level.

Here’s what 2-time All-American, MLL All-Star, and 2006 Team USA member, Scott Urick, had to say about Off-Hand Ninja, “There is nothing even remotely close to the Off-Hand Ninja on the market that can give young players such instant results. If you follow the drills and listen to the coaching in the program, you will improve your off-hand faster than you would normally in an entire year at practice with your youth or high school team or by doing drills on your own. The results are extraordinary. If you are serious about being the best lacrosse player you can be and playing lacrosse at the next level, then you need to follow the drills and tips in the Off-Hand Ninja.”

Off-Hand Ninja is a series of drills that are specifically designed to improve your off-hand, but it also includes three bonuses at no additional cost: a workout program PDF, game-ready off-hand situational analysis, and a bi-weekly calendar PDF. You will know exactly what drills to do and when. A detailed description of each drill will help you understand the movements, and you’ll know exactly how many reps to do of each.

Off-Hand Ninja is available on your smart phone, tablet, or computer, and you can watch the videos and workouts on the field during your training.
