I played college lacrosse at Lehigh University and I will always be a proud Mountain Hawk alumni. I chose Lehigh for two main reasons. One being the arrival of head coach Kevin Cassese and the uprise of the program. Coach Cassese’s passion and determination was immediately felt when being recruited by him and one thing that stuck over other coaches at other programs is he did not give me a strict timeline to commit. He genuinely wanted me to make the right decision for myself in terms of school and lacrosse. This leads me to the second main reason why I chose Lehigh. Cassese announces new-look Lehigh men’s lacrosse coaching staff



BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh head men’s lacrosse coach Kevin Cassese has announced the restructuring of the Mountain Hawks’ coaching staff. Errol Wilson has been promoted to associate head coach and Will Scudder has been promoted to full-time assistant coach. In addition, Cassese has added Chad Surman to the staff as an assistant coach while Tom Cassese will remain on staff as the Director of Quality Control. These changes come after Brendan Callahan was named head coach at Dartmouth late last month after spending seven years with the Lehigh program. Read More…

Cermack named Lehigh women’s lacrosse assistant coach



Cermack enjoyed a standout career for the Blue Jays, posting 149 career points behind 98 goals and 51 assists capped off by a 59-point effort in 2014. Johns Hopkins finished 15-5 in a tremendous season that resulted in an NCAA Tournament appearance. Cermack was named an IWLCA All-American after her senior campaign. Read More…

Taylor and Corbett enjoy success in Canadian indoor summer leagues



Both enjoyed success in Canadian indoor (box) lacrosse leagues this summer as they hone their games for their senior seasons at Lehigh. Taylor led the Alberta Jr A League with 80 points in 16 games, leading his Mountaineers to the Alberta Jr A Championship in their ongoing quest for the Minto Cup. Meanwhile, Corbett finished up his first season in Major Series Lacrosse against some of the top competition in Canada. Read More…
