New Wave Lacrosse Announcements

Illinois lacrosse company, New Wave Lacrosse, has just announced tryouts for their 2012/2013 Fall/Winter Club Team with new uniforms by ProAthletics. New Wave teams will be attending and competing in a number of tournaments. Natty Brohs Lacrosse

Last year Lacrosse Playground did an article on Natty Broh’s and their unique lacrosse jerseys and this year they’re back. Natty Brohs are a summer lacrosse team based out of Baltimore, MD. They have been playing together since last summer, and they competed in the Maryland State of Lacrosse Games, Fredrick County Freemason Tournament, and Howard County Men’s Lacrosse League.

ProAthletics Pockets and Sockets Fundraiser Shorts

On May 12, 2012 the 2nd annual lacrosse tournament named POCKETS&SOCKETS will take place at the Delray Soccer Complex. This tournament benefits the Michael Stolzenberg Rehabilitative Trust. Michael lost his limbs in 2008 and new prosthetics are needed as he contiunues to grow; there is also the possibility of a bilateral hand transplant. Read More…

Oregon just received new home and away uniforms for the 2012 season. Oregon lacrosse was looking to break away from the standard “Nike U” look. Pro Athletics answered with these.
