Thursday marked the beginning the second half of the tournament. In what was by far the busiest day of the 40th annual Vail Lacrosse Shootout, 55 teams competed in 59 games, on 12 fields, in four divisions across the Vail valley. Read More…

Both of last year’s championship teams were defeated today in the final day of the Elite division. Cole Roofing took down Gang Green with a one-point difference in the Women’s division. On the Men’s side, Maverik Elite took down Merrill Lynch by six points after a brief lightning delay. Read More…

Jagermeister took home the first championship of the 40th Vail Lacrosse Shootout with an overtime win in Men’s Masters Finals on Monday. Jager returned to their championship ways winning their third Vail Masters title to add to the 2009 & 2008 championships. Read More…

The second day of action in the 40th annual Vail Lacrosse Shootout saw the semi-finals in the Men’s Masters Division. In addition, the highly anticipated Men’s and Women’s Elite tournaments got underway. In the Masters division, Jagermeister cruised through the second round, and earned their spot in the championship game. In the second semi-final, the tournament’s new overtime rules were tested for the first time when Adrenaline knocked off last year’s champion Hulu. Read More…

The first day of the Vail Lacrosse Shootout’s 40th tournament saw action in just one division, the Men’s Masters (30+). Last year’s champion, Team Hulu, moved on to the Championship Bracket. Joining Hulu in the semi-finals Jagermeister, Team Adrenaline and Olympic Club all won their first round games in convincing fashion. Read More…

BOSTON, Mass. – The Boston Cannons of Major League Lacrosse (MLL), the premier professional outdoor lacrosse league, and Muscle Milk have teamed up to debut a new college lacrosse tradition in New England. Men’s programs from Northeastern, Boston University, the University of New Hampshire and the University of Connecticut will face off in the inaugural Muscle Milk Bean Shot Lacrosse Tournament on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Harvard Stadium.
