Mickey Hover To Lead Inaugural Georgian Court Men’s Lacrosse Program



Lakewood, N.J.- The Georgian Court University men’s lacrosse program is officially open for business! Director of Athletics and Recreation Laura B. Liesman announced today that Mickey Hover has been selected as the Lions’ initial head coach as GCU prepares to make its debut in the spring of 2016. TAMPA, Fla.- The University of Tampa men’s and women’s lacrosse team’s attack units visited the Children’s Wing of Tampa General Hospital on Wednesday as part of their Attack Children’s Cancer campaign. Fourth Annual Meghan Puls Classic to be Held on Sunday, October 19



OWINGS MILLS, Md. – For the fourth-straight year, the Stevenson men’s lacrosse team will host the Meghan Puls Lacrosse Classic to help raise funds for the Meghan Puls Foundation. UAH to Add Men’s & Women’s Lacrosse in 2016



The University of Alabama in Huntsville Department of Athletics announced the addition of men’s and women’s lacrosse programs on Monday, and the teams will begin competition in the spring of 2016. Tampa Earns IWLCA Academic Award in Inaugural Season



GRAND LAKE, Colo. – The Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has recognized the University of Tampa as one of its Honor Squads for the 2014 season.

UT is one of 45 schools earning IWLCA Division II Academic Honor Squad honors for the 2014 season. Every school with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher earned Academic Squad honors. Read More…

Tampa Men’s Lacrosse Takes Three Major SSC Awards



WINTER PARK, Fla. – On Tuesday, the Sunshine State Conference announced its 2014 Inaugural All-SSC Men’s Lacrosse Team. Tampa’s Conor Whipple was selected Player of the Year and Jake Rooney was named Co-Newcomer of the Year. Florida Southern’s Grant VanOverbeke was also named Co-Newcomer of the Year.
