TEL AVIV, ISRAEL — The Israel Lacrosse Association is proud to announce the inaugural Israel Lacrosse Invitational Tournament which will be held from August 14-18, 2013, at the Oldfields School near Baltimore, Maryland. The tournament, which is open to Jewish American high school students (including graduating Seniors), will feature 10 teams of athletes who will represent their state in a competitive four-day tournament. One year ago, our Co-Founder Joey Cowen traveled to India, while he was there he visited an orphanage called Ramana’s Garden. India continues to struggle with the burden of the caste system, and so the Director of Ramana’s Garden decided to build a school reserved for the “Untouchables”, the lowest caste. This caste has almost no opportunities for education or employment, so the school pushes through the cultural boundaries which have been in place for thousands of years. In early July of every year the South African Lacrosse Project (SALP) holds their annual lacrosse camp. It is held during the South African school holidays, which also coincide with ours. This allows them to bring over 15-20 American lacrosse players every year to help run the camp and coach the kids. Read More…

NEW YORK — March 26, 2013 — Maverik Lacrosse and Cascade Lacrosse are proud to announce its partnership with the Australian Men’s National Lacrosse Team for the 2014 World Championship in Denver. Australia will be receiving custom designed Maverik equipment while Cascade will be outfitting the team with custom helmets. Australia is currently ranked third in the world, behind the United States and Canada, and is hard at work preparing for Denver. Read More…

USA Starz Lacrosse is excited to participate for the first time in the ASIAN PACIFIC LACROSSE GAMES. The ASPAC happens only every 3 years, and is an official Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) event. We will play against teams from Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Canada and the United States.
