Mountain Hawks recognized with IWLCA Team Academic Award



BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Continuing its success in the classroom, the Lehigh women’s lacrosse program has been honored with an IWLCA Team Academic Award, as announced on Monday. The award goes to teams with a 2013-14 grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The Mountain Hawks posted a strong 3.28 team GPA last fall and 3.44 GPA last spring. Read More…

Tampa Earns IWLCA Academic Award in Inaugural Season



GRAND LAKE, Colo. – The Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has recognized the University of Tampa as one of its Honor Squads for the 2014 season.

UT is one of 45 schools earning IWLCA Division II Academic Honor Squad honors for the 2014 season. Every school with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher earned Academic Squad honors. Read More…

Highlights from the Tahoe Men’s Lacrosse Tournament



North Lake Tahoe hosted the Big Foot team and 31 others for the three day Tahoe Men’s Lacrosse Tournament in Incline Village. Connor Martin (Con Bro Chill), Zander Buteux (Denver U) , Julian Coffman (U of Oregon) and many other Duck alumni played for Big Foot. This an amazing tournament in a beautiful area, great beaches and no coaches. It made for some amazing lacrosse and big fun. Read More…

NEW YORK –– August 5, 2014 — Last week, John Gagliardi, former professional Lacrosse player and Founder of Titan Tea—an electrolyte-infused, low-calorie tea—visited The Fresh Air Fund’s camp in upstate Fishkill, New York, to hold a lacrosse workshop and healthy living discussion with 9-12 year old boys at Camp Hayden-Marks.
