At the end of every one of her sports camps, Stanford women’s lacrosse coach Amy Bokker always heard the same question from campers: “Coach, what specifically can I work on to make me a better player?” Bokker offered campers detailed, hand-written evaluations of her week-long camp with a few tips tossed in.
