Mountain Hawks recognized with IWLCA Team Academic Award



BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Continuing its success in the classroom, the Lehigh women’s lacrosse program has been honored with an IWLCA Team Academic Award, as announced on Monday. The award goes to teams with a 2013-14 grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The Mountain Hawks posted a strong 3.28 team GPA last fall and 3.44 GPA last spring. Read More…

Tampa Earns IWLCA Academic Award in Inaugural Season



GRAND LAKE, Colo. – The Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has recognized the University of Tampa as one of its Honor Squads for the 2014 season.

UT is one of 45 schools earning IWLCA Division II Academic Honor Squad honors for the 2014 season. Every school with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher earned Academic Squad honors. Read More…

Baltimore, MD – Baltimore-based STX, LLC, a global sporting goods leader, announced today the signing of eight new members to Team STX, the first elite post-collegiate women’s lacrosse team. Syracuse All-American Alyssa Murray highlights the list of new signees, along with standouts Kirkland Locey, also of Syracuse, and Taylor D’Amore and Sammy Cermack, both from Johns Hopkins.
