Custom EPOCH Lacrosse Shafts for Lacrosse Playground Spring Classic

The Lacrosse Playground Spring Classic is proud to have EPOCH Lacrosse as a 2013 partner. In celebration, the revolutionary lacrosse equipment manufacturer has created Limited Edition Dragonfly Shafts with a Candy Cane design. The shaft is unique to each team in their school colors with a gripped feel for extra control. Calvert Hall (Yellow), Gonzaga (Purple), Landon (Orange), Penn Charter (Gold), Gilman (Gray), and Georgetown Prep (Navy) will receive one of a kind shafts.

EPOCH Lacrosse has proven that carbon fiber is a superior material for a lacrosse shaft and for 2013, they have raised the bar. Their 2013 Dragonfly lineup pulls away from the competition, using technology that can be both seen and felt.

Not only has their Dragonfly line grown with the introduction of two additional shafts, but the series has also received some updates technologically, including Advanced Carbon Layering II, or ACL II, and Slip/Grip II.

The 2013 men’s Dragonfly line includes a total of seven shafts. In the 30” Attack/Middie length, EPOCH offers four shafts with unique geometry, giving players the ability to choose one that “feels” right for them.

Lacrosse Playground

In 2009, Adam O’Neill, Harry Alford and Thomas Alford launched Lacrosse Playground as the preeminent site for lacrosse gearheads. For years Lacrosse Playground provided lacrosse fans with tutorials and tips on how to string a lacrosse head, up-close looks at the gear the top players used and sneak peeks at equipment and uniforms before they were released. More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.
