Franklin Springs, GA — Entering their first year of the play, the Emmanuel College Lions will be donning all Nike apparel. For practice and workouts, the Lions have multiple options. Coaches designate what players wear, and options include their grey long sleeve dri-fits, cardinal short sleeve dri-fits, bright gold dri-fit Nike Fly short, custom Nike Flow sublimated shooting shirts, custom Nike Pro Vapor sublimated shorts, and/or Nike Core Hoody sweat suits. Every student athlete also receives their Nike Lax reversible, Nike practice and game socks along with Nike team compression shorts. Players also get the choice of the anthracite/volt colored the Nike Huarache III cleat or the Nike Pro Low Vapor Lax cleat.

The Lions take the field in all black STX K18 gloves and armguards, and all black Cascade Pro7s with the custom gold mask and red chin straps. Every Lion also gets his own custom black and cardinal STX 42” bag to haul their gear. For sticks, players get to choose their own twig (the overwhelming majority of shorties picked the STX Super Power and Warrior Krypto Pro combo while most poles went with the Nike Sprint SC and STX Excalibur) with their choice of Stick Doctor mesh and laces.

For games, the Emmanuel Lions take the field in their custom all white Nike Six Nations Unis for game played in the ‘Springs while the Lions go black out on the road in their custom black and cardinal Nike Six Nations Uniforms.

The Emmanuel Lions kick off SELC play on February 15-17 when they host the 1st Annual Creator’s Classic with other Christian affiliated SELC colleges. The weekend features a full slate of games between Emory University, Palm Beach Atlantic University, Tennessee Wesleyan College, and Wofford College.

In 2009, Adam O’Neill, Harry Alford and Thomas Alford launched Lacrosse Playground as the preeminent site for lacrosse gearheads. For years Lacrosse Playground provided lacrosse fans with tutorials and tips on how to string a lacrosse head, up-close looks at the gear the top players used and sneak peeks at equipment and uniforms before they were released. More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.

take that tape off the plastic. And find something better than $65 4 year old stock gloves while you’re at it. Get rid of the volt, this isnt middle school.
