“We are excited to be a part of the growing Maverik and Cascade brands and everything they bring to the game of lacrosse,” said Georgetown head coach Kevin Warne. “The feedback we have already received from our players has been nothing short of fantastic. We are really looking forward to working with everyone at Maverik and Cascade to help them develop their equipment and grow the game of lacrosse.”

Georgetown University is heading into the 2013 season with new head coach Kevin Warne and assistant coaches Matt Rewkoski and Brian Phipps. Coach Warne and his staff will be looking to get the Hoyas back on track after posting a 7-6 record last season. Coach Warne is taking over for legendary Georgetown Coach Dave Urick, who stepped down from coaching after winning 223 games in 23 years at the helm of the program.

“We could not be happier to team up with Coach Warne and his staff,” said John Gagliardi, President and founder of Maverik Lacrosse. ” His passion, knowledge and enthusiasm for the game of lacrosse mirrors ours and will make for a rewarding and longstanding partnership.”
