Gale Thorpe Scores Goal Of The Year…So Far

Checkout this highlight reel goal from this past weekends Tri-State National High School Lacrosse Championship (MLK Tournament) at the The Peddie School in Hightstown, NJ. Sweet Lax’s Gale Thorpe (son of Syracuse legend Regy Thorpe) scores between the legs against the Dukes Grey. To be more thorough, Thorpe posts up at GLE, wraps his stick one-handed behind his legs (a la John Grant Jr), whips it between his opponents legs and scores top shelf on the goalie. Not bad, not bad at all! This goal is definitely in consideration for goal of the year.

UPDATE: Cleaner, extended clip. Gale Thorpe plays HS lacrosse at Jordan Elbridge in upstate NY. He will play college lax at Syracuse next year. Video shot by Emmett Turco.
