Hood Men’s Lax Signs Equipment Deal with Maverik Lacrosse


NEW YORK – The Hood College men’s lacrosse team is proud to announce a partnership with Maverik Lacrosse for the 2013 season.

Head coach Jeremy Mattoon’s Blazer squad will use custom Maverik equipment and practice apparel throughout the 2013 lacrosse season. For the latest gear news and updates on all Maverik programs, head to the Maverik Facebook page.

“We’re extremely excited to announce our new relationship with Maverik,” said Mattoon. “It’s a pleasure to be working with a company that is as committed to growing the game of lacrosse as it is to developing equipment to the highest standards. Our players are really looking forward to having the opportunity to use Maverik equipment and represent a company they all respect.”

In 2013, the Blazers will wear custom blue and gray Maverik ROME gloves, shoulder and elbow guards. Maverik will supply the team with the new Spider 1, Flight and Rize heads paired with the A1, Boost, H2 and Wonder Boy shafts.
