In Lacrosse We Trust Launches Six Regional Websites

On Monday, March 18th, In Lacrosse We Trust launched six new regional websites. The websites will cover local lacrosse news for New England, New York, Ontario, North Carolina, Baltimore and Colorado.

ILWT has been running regional pages on the main page for several months but now these can be accessed as individual websites. “Sports media has always succeeded locally” said In Lacrosse We Trust CEO Marisa Ingemi. “Why couldn’t it work in lacrosse? There are rarely any independent media outlets in lacrosse covering local teams. This is a way to connect fans locally to their professional and college teams.”

All sites are considered beta and ask for readers to connect us with questions or suggestions. The sites are also still accepting applications for staff members. All websites are also open to local advertisers looking to promote their product regionally.

Lacrosse Playground

In 2009, Adam O’Neill, Harry Alford and Thomas Alford launched Lacrosse Playground as the preeminent site for lacrosse gearheads. For years Lacrosse Playground provided lacrosse fans with tutorials and tips on how to string a lacrosse head, up-close looks at the gear the top players used and sneak peeks at equipment and uniforms before they were released. More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.
