Lacrosse Player's Concussion Unlocks Musical Talent!

After being concussed during a lacrosse game in Denver and sidelined for weeks in a hospital, Lachlan Connors can now play 13 musical instruments. The lacrosse-induced head injury triggered Connors to have epileptic seizures and hallucinations. Subsequently, Connors unlocked a musical talent that has been compared to Romantic-era Polish composer, Chopin.

Prior to the injury, Connors attempted to learn the piano, but to no avail. Today, he plays 13 instruments. Lachlan’s doctors said the concussion injuries may have stimulated a previously unused part of his brain.
