Langtry Jersey Auction to Benefit Kroenke Sports Charities

The Colorado Mammoth announced that the Langtry #6 jerseys that the team wore during warm-ups on Brian Langtry Night on January 14 have been placed in an online auction, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Kroenke Sports Charities. Each jersey was hand-signed by Langtry and features a unique patch that was autographed by the player who wore the jersey that evening.

“These are truly a one-of-a-kind items that commemorate an unforgettable night,” said Mammoth President & General Manager Steve Govett. “Brian meant the world to this organization, and these jerseys are a way of sharing a piece of history with our fans.”

The online auction began this week on eBay, and will continue for one week. Search ‘Colorado Mammoth Langtry’ on eBay to view the jerseys of all twenty runners (non-goalies) on the active roster. Earlier today, Langtry commented on how “cool” it was to see all of his teammates wearing the jerseys in his honor on Saturday night.

The Massapequa, N.Y. native retired in October as the team’s all-time leader in goals scored.
