Lax World sells consumer lacrosse gear and goods nationwide with a strong market in the Mid-Atlantic region where several of Lax World’s brick and mortar store are located. They decided back in December 2009 to team up with a local company, Groove Commerce. Their main objective: improve sales on their pre-existing eCommerce site.
Groove went to work on updating Lax World, including implementing new search functionality, social media campaigns and more efficient pay-per-click (PPC) strategies. Since the implementation of the new strategy Lax World’s click through rate has increased as well as conversions.
