Lehigh men’s lacrosse places 18 on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh men’s lacrosse team placed 18 members on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced on Tuesday. Junior Baxter Lanius and freshman Klay Heston each posted perfect 4.00 GPAs this spring while five Mountain Hawks earned semester GPAs of 3.50 or higher.

The 18 honorees are the most by any Lehigh team in head coach Kevin Cassese’s tenure. Behind Lanius and Heston was junior Griffin Farha with a 3.76 GPA while junior Ryan Snyder and sophomore Ty Souders posted GPAs of 3.58 and 3.50, respectively. Senior and Academic All-Patriot League honoree Roman Lao-Gosney was among the 18 honorees, as was twin brother Cameron.

To be eligible for the spring Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average during the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League’s winter or spring championship sports.
