Lt. Scott F. Milley Memorial Fund Lacrosse Game

On November 30th 2010, the lacrosse community lost one of its unsung heroes. Lt. Scott F. Milley (Lincoln-Sudbury ’05) was a lacrosse goalie as well as a captain of the L-S hockey team. Scott was killed by small arms fire while on foot patrol in Afghanistan. He was a member of the 2nd Battalion, 30th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division whose mission was to develop meaningful, long-lasting relationships with the Afghani people.

Scooter was an outstanding young man and a beloved member of the L-S lacrosse family. In his honor, a memorial lacrosse game will be held to raise money for the Lt. Scott F. Milley Scholarship on Tuesday, December 28th from 7-10:15 pm at the Field House in Sudbury, MA.

A Girls game will be played from 7-8 pm, followed by a Boys/Men game from 8:15 -10 pm. A recommended donation of $20/ player will be taken at the door, with all proceeds to benefit the Lt. Scott F. Milley Scholarship.
