Madlax Showcase Games to Benefit Winners Lacrosse at Catholic University

On Friday, November 19th Madlax All-Stars (sophomores and juniors only) are in for a unique and exciting experience under the lights on the field turf at Catholic University; The 1st Annual Madlax Fall Showcase Games. This event is FREE for all players. The event will be a fundraiser for WINNERS LACROSSE, an inner-city lacrosse program for under-served children in DC.

We will have Automatic Sports using 3 professional cameras on site film these 2 games and create a ESPN level game film with replays, highlights and a ‘Monday Night Football’ feel. All players will receive a FREE link to the highlight video which can be sent to college coaches or used for personal memories. The format will feature games against ourselves in a serious scrimmage setting in full Madlax uniforms. It will be fun and offer you the opportunity to get outstanding highlight video. You will also have the option to buy the complete game highlight video as well. The schedule and more details are below.

We want every sophomore and junior to play while raising money for WINNERS LACROSSE. Although players attend and play for FREE, we encourage and hope that Madlax parents, friends and fans will attend and make a donation to Winners Lacrosse of at least $5 at the ticket gate.

Lacrosse Playground

In 2009, Adam O’Neill, Harry Alford and Thomas Alford launched Lacrosse Playground as the preeminent site for lacrosse gearheads. For years Lacrosse Playground provided lacrosse fans with tutorials and tips on how to string a lacrosse head, up-close looks at the gear the top players used and sneak peeks at equipment and uniforms before they were released. More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.
