North Carolina Men’s Lacrosse Footwear, Shorts

UNC Lacrosse just received new gear to kick off Fall Ball. The Tar Heels will be wearing Carolina Blue Dri-Fit practice shorts, Carolina Blue Nike Lunar Vapor Training Shoe and Navy Nike Carbon Vapor Lacrosse cleats. The new Carolina Blue trainer shoe is VERY popular with the guys.

The Nike Lunar Vapor Trainer shoe features Hyperfuse construction that creates a unibody upper that is lightweight, strong and breathable. Full-length Lunarlon midsole combines with a heel Nike Zoom™ unit to offer amazing responsiveness and ride. Solid rubber delta nodes in the outsole provide the overall foundation and forefoot traction. On demand spikes engage on turf surfaces to give superior traction. Removable insole. Wt. 10.5 oz.

The double lasting low cut upper of the Nike Men’s Zoom Vapor Carbon Lacrosse Cleat provides full range of motion with a low-to-the ground feel. The upper features next-generation Flywire technology providing stability and lock down support. This cleat utilizes a Nike ® Zoom unit in the heel, a molded Pebax ® plate in the outsole and a duel-injected carbon fiber plate insert in the forefoot.

The Nike Dri-FIT Men’s Training Fly Shorts feature a lightweight design and longer length for comfort, coverage and no-distractions to slow down your training regimen.

Lacrosse Playground

In 2009, Adam O’Neill, Harry Alford and Thomas Alford launched Lacrosse Playground as the preeminent site for lacrosse gearheads. For years Lacrosse Playground provided lacrosse fans with tutorials and tips on how to string a lacrosse head, up-close looks at the gear the top players used and sneak peeks at equipment and uniforms before they were released. More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.
