Check out a pretty sweet video of Paul Rabil doing the Combine360 Testing with the IMG Lacrosse Academy in conjunction with the IMG Performance Institute and Under Armour at IMG Academies in Bradenton, Florida. The Bull goes through a number of agility testing along with hand-eye coordination techniques. Subsequently, he tears a goal apart during target practice. How bad would you feel getting in-between the pipes? I feel sorry for every goalie.
