Pepsi MAX and Doritos Crash the Super Bowl Finalist, Michael Doneger, Fields Questions

It has been a whirlwind of a year already for Michael Doneger. The Pepsi Max and Doritos Crash the Super Bowl finalist is down in Dallas, Texas right now getting interviewed by local and national TV networks. The interviews are taking place in the Nylo Los Colinas lobby. (via LorbyKong)

The challenge was to write, shoot and submit a funny commercial for either Doritos or Pepsi Max. If your submission is voted in as one of the top six then your commercial will air during Super Bowl XLV. The submission is entitled, Elevator Girl. After several embarrassing instances in an elevator with the girl he likes, a guy gets one last chance to impress his crush with his Pepsi Max. View the video HERE.

Now that I’m thinking about it, the last time lacrosse got love during a Super Bowl commercial featured Michael J. Fox. Michael J. Fox went the action-hero route to retrieve a soda for his new neighbor. Who shows up at the door asking for sodas? Check out the lacrosse stick on the wall in the background.

For years Lacrosse Playground provided lacrosse fans with tutorials and tips on how to string a lacrosse head, up-close looks at the gear the top players used and sneak peeks at equipment and uniforms before they were released. More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.
