Reversible Lifestyle Partners With Team RWB To Raise Funds For Texas Wounded Veterans

Reversible Lifestyle is proud to announce that it has partnered up with Team RWB Texas in donating uniforms to help raise money to benefit the Texas Wounded Veterans. Team RWB Texas is dedicated in serving as advocates, athletes, and concerned citizens that have one simple goal – to improve the quality of life for the Texas Wounded Veterans.

Reversible Lifestyle was honored to be a part of this wonderful cause to help raise money for the true heroes of our country, our veterans, who served our country proudly by putting themselves in harm’s way for our freedom. To donate to this wonderful cause please visit their website at www.firstgiving.com.

Also, Reversible Lifestyle was excited to do this project in collaboration with Team RWB because they are playing in the Second Annual 7’s for 7 Lacrosse Tournament on January 7, 2012 in Houston, Texas. This event is to honor Drew Webb a former Cornell University lacrosse player who tragically took his own life in April 2010. The tournament is geared to raise money to help support the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance Greater Houston (www.dbsahouston.org). Drew suffered from depression and bipolar disorder, which are serious mental illnesses. Many young athletes suffer from depression and bipolar disorder, and the goal of this tournament is to raise awareness and money to help fight against these mental illness, as well as, to provide young athletes with an outlet where they can go and seek out help if they think they are dealing with these types of mental issues in the Houston area. This lacrosse tournament is geared to further the fight against these horrible diseases that Drew Webb suffered from. The tournament consists of 80 teams, playing 7 vs. 7 lacrosse, at the Houston Amateur Sports Park. Please join the movement in trying to raise awareness in the fight against these diseases by visiting www.7sfor7.com.

Lacrosse Playground

In 2009, Adam O’Neill, Harry Alford and Thomas Alford launched Lacrosse Playground as the preeminent site for lacrosse gearheads. For years Lacrosse Playground provided lacrosse fans with tutorials and tips on how to string a lacrosse head, up-close looks at the gear the top players used and sneak peeks at equipment and uniforms before they were released. More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.
