Revisited: High School Lacrosse Baller Rips Hole In Net

Gonzaga sophomore, Matt Borda, launched an 80 yard goal last night in the WCAC championship game. It reminded us of a goal that happened in the same game one year ago.

We all remember where we were when we first saw Kyle Wharton rip a hole through the net. Who knew it would happen again by another player in the same season? Last year, it was done by Gonzaga College High School Junior David Planning (Ohio State) off a feed from Connor Reed (Hopkins).

Not only did he score 4 goals in this championship game, but he cranked one through the net and beyond.

Borda’s 80 yard bizomb!

Game Highlights.
