A Local San Diego lacrosse player caught up with Starz Lacrosse over the last few weeks to discuss his off season work outs as he prepares for the upcoming lacrosse season. Usually we would expect running, lifting and the other usual activities but for Sean Doyle, Torrey Pines Lacrosse player and Cornell recruit, he decided to go on a different path. The Shake Weight.
