Some Dye Eggs, We Dye Heads

For this issue of Stylin’ Strings Lax Customs we wanted to capture the Easter holiday in an article. We had a unique project in the dye lab for Great Falls Lacrosse Club in Virginia. The project was for the girls programs from U-9 to U-15. They wanted some custom dyed heads to spruce up the goalie position.

Our contact Mairin Kuligowski wanted to use a combination of STX Eclipse & Gait Sentinal lacrosse heads to do a few different Poka dot dye jobs. The colors as you can see here ranged from Pink w/ white, Pink on light Pink, Pink on Purple, & Lime Green on Black.

The pockets were also strung with Neon Green, Pink, Purple, White or Black mesh. These colors were also mixed up throughout all the shooters, top strings, and sidewalls.

Stay tuned to our facebook page http://www.facebook.com/StylinStringsLacrosse for un-posted content and our website www.stylinstrings.com for newly available dye jobs.

Lacrosse Playground

In 2009, Adam O’Neill, Harry Alford and Thomas Alford launched Lacrosse Playground as the preeminent site for lacrosse gearheads. For years Lacrosse Playground provided lacrosse fans with tutorials and tips on how to string a lacrosse head, up-close looks at the gear the top players used and sneak peeks at equipment and uniforms before they were released. More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.
