Stevenson University Hosts 3rd Annual Meghan Puls Lacrosse Classic Sunday, October 20th

The Meghan C Puls Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, founded in memory of Meghan C Puls, a 16 year old, three-sport athlete whose life was tragically cut short as a result of a motor vehicle accident in 2001. It is our mission to keep Meghan’s spirit alive by helping families and children in need through supporting organizations in the areas of health services and research, youth recreation and education.

We have donated thousands of dollars to our selected charities: University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, Lions Camp Merrick for diabetic children, and The Seton Keough High School scholarship fund and Marillac program, which helps students with learning disabilities become successful students in high school and college. Lacrosse Playground

In 2009, Adam O’Neill, Harry Alford and Thomas Alford launched Lacrosse Playground as the preeminent site for lacrosse gearheads. For years Lacrosse Playground provided lacrosse fans with tutorials and tips on how to string a lacrosse head, up-close looks at the gear the top players used and sneak peeks at equipment and uniforms before they were released. More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.
