Baltimore, MD-2014- Aloha Tournaments today released dates for nineteen lacrosse tournaments to be held in the summer of 2015. Each year Aloha Tournaments hosts some of the largest, most well run lacrosse and field hockey events in the nation. In 2014, over 40,000 athletes, between the ages of 7-18 competed in twenty-three different events. SPARTANBURG, S.C. - When the Virginia Military Institute transitions back to the Southern Conference following the 2013-14 athletic year, lacrosse will be coming as well. In a joint effort between the Atlantic Sun Conference, in which VMI will compete in 2014, and the Southern Conference, the latter will take over stewardship of the lacrosse league beginning in 2014-15, making men’s lacrosse the SoCon’s 20th sport.
