The CAL Bears host the Dominican Penguins in Memorial Stadium in a Bay lacrosse showdown. Dominican leads early, CAL makes a run to go ahead and Dominican battles back in the third before CAL closes it out. Freshman CAL middle, Harry Buckingham, gets five goals in the game to clinch a Bear win.

CAL Lacrosse Celebrates 50th Anniversary


This season the CAL Men’s Lacrosse team celebrated their 50th Anniversary.  The home games were played in the new Memorial Stadium on campus.  The final regular season game was played against Stanford.  As part of the celebration a 5 minute video was shown on the Jumbotron at halftime. Read More…

The Seniors on the SSU Men’s Lacrosse team had never beaten Cal in a Sonoma uniform and the Seawolves haven’t beat the Bears since the 2009 WCLL semifinals. “It was nice to finally get a win against these guys,” captain Matty Gillan said. “But it doesn’t mean anything if we can’t keep winning, we still have a lot of work to do.” Read More…
