BALTIMORE, MD. — Steven Rastivo made 16 saves to earn Most Valuable Player honors of the 2012 Konica Minolta Face-off Classic as eighth-ranked North Carolina defeated 14th-ranked Princeton 9-8 at M&T Bank Stadium. Princeton outshot the Tar Heels 43-22 in the game but Rastivo proved to be a stone wall in the cage to keep the Tigers at bay, including a seven-save performance in the fourth quarter alone. Jersey number on the left, BEAR PAW logo on the right in their Navy/Orange/White color scheme. “COAST GUARD” across the back panel with Service motto “Semper Paratus” (latin for Always Ready) with a fouled anchor across the lower lip to give a unique two-tone look. For the third straight game the #20 Fairfield University men’s lacrosse team needed extra time to earn a win, but win it did, 10-9 over host UMBC. John Snellman put in a Colin McLinden pass 44 seconds into the overtime period to give the Stags a 4-0 start to the year. Read More…

Darien, the powerhouse from Connecticut, has new lids for their 2012 campaign. The Cascade Pro7 helmet is Silver with a Chrome grill, Black chinstrap and Blue chin. The decal displays a Blue wave, the high schools nickname. Notice the back panel is Blue which fills in the water as the wave swells.

JSerra Catholic High School is a Roman Catholic high school located in San Juan Capistrano, California.
