ANNAPOLIS, MD – The Chesapeake Bayhawks announced today that general manager and assistant coach Brian Reese has retired citing a need for more time with his family. Reese joined the Bayhawks in September of 2011 and spearheaded building the championship squad during the expansion year alongside head coach Dave Cottle. Reese Named National Coach of the Year

Maryland women’s lacrosse head coach Cathy Reese has been named IWLCA National Coach of the Year, announced Tuesday.

Reese led her alma mater to its first national championship in nine years in 2010. The Terps also won the Atlantic Coast Championship for the second year in a row. The Terps finished the year with at 22-1, moving the fourth-year head coach’s record to an incredible 78-9 at the helm of the program. Keep Reading…
