New London, Conn – Coast Guard Academy men’s lacrosse senior Nick Zablotny (Annapolis, Md./Broadneck) finished with six points on three goals and three assists while senior goalie Cory Pray (Medfield, Mass./Medfield) finished with 13 saves as the 20th-ranked Bears (9-4, 3-1) posted a 17-4 victory over the University of Maine (4-5, 1-1) Friday at Cadet Memorial Stadium on Senior Night. Grandmasters club lacrosse teams aren’t particularly known for paying close attention to detail when it comes to uniforms. However the Mr. Boh team from The Land Of Pleasant Living will be among the hippest teams in their age group. The team decided to go with Headwrapz on their CPX-R lids and sublimated uniforms featuring the Mr. Boh logo (sponsor). Best believe they will be cooling off with their sponsors products after games this hot season.

NCLL Remembers Joe Cieslak Sr.



Baltimore, MD- The Southern Lacrosse Officials Association community suffered a tough loss this past weekend when veteran official Joe Cieslak Sr., tragically died during the National College Lacrosse League Maryland-Johns Hopkins game. Cieslak was serving as lead referee for the traditional rivalry contest when he was stricken with about 15 seconds remaining in the third quarter. Spencer Ford, who was serving as umpire for the crew, said a wind chill factor dropped temperatures dramatically as the afternoon wore on at Homewood Field. Read More…

Defiance College Men’s Lacrosse Names Routt as New Assistant Coach



DEFIANCE, Ohio – Defiance College Athletics Director Jenni Morrison has announced that Andy Routt has been named as the graduate assistant coach for the DC men’s lacrosse program. Play For The American Revolution Lacrosse Club

(Bloomington, IN) – The American Revolution Lacrosse Club is set to invade the Denver Fall Team Camp (November 5-6) and the Adrenaline Challenge in San Diego (January 7-8). “We have selected Denver and Adrenaline to begin our high school club program because they are the premiere events on the west coast.
