Coast Guard Academy Lacrosse Welcomes Class of 2016

New London, CT – The United States Coast Guard Academy Men’s Lacrosse team is excited to announce the arrival of a strong in-coming group that is part of the Class of 2016. The Bears were challenged to fill several positions vacated by graduating 1st Class cadets now serving in the fleet, but a successful recruiting season seems likely to fill the gaps. Jersey number on the left, BEAR PAW logo on the right in their Navy/Orange/White color scheme. “COAST GUARD” across the back panel with Service motto “Semper Paratus” (latin for Always Ready) with a fouled anchor across the lower lip to give a unique two-tone look. Coast Guard Academy Lacrosse Announces 2012 Team Captains

NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Coast Guard Academy Men’s Lacrosse Head Coach, LCDR Brian Krautler, announced today that three players have been selected to serve as team captains for the Bears’ upcoming 2012 season. Cadet 1/c Andrew Breen (Falls Church, VA/George Mason), Cadet 1/c Nicholas Zablotny (Annapolis, MD/Broadneck) and Cadet 2/c Tim Wyderko (West Bloomfield, MI/Orchard Lake St. Mary’s) were selected by the coaching staff and a vote by their teammates to serve as team captains for the 2012 season.
