Frank Abruzzini Joins Pioneers Coaching Staff

Trevor Tierney to Step Down as Volunteer Assistant



DENVER – University of Denver men’s lacrosse volunteer assistant coach Trevor Tierney stepped down from his position as a member of the coaching staff last week. Tierney has been a part of the Pioneers’ coaching staff since the 2010 season and is the son of head coach Bill Tierney. Tierney will still remain a part of the Denver lacrosse community, working with youth and high school lacrosse players through the Tierney Lacrosse teams, tournaments, camps and clinics. Read More…

DENVER – The University of Denver men’s lacrosse team will move to the BIG EAST Conference for immediate competition for the 2014 season, it was announced today. Three Pioneers Earn USILA Scholar All-America Honors



DENVER – University of Denver men’s lacrosse seniors Drew Babb (Centennial, Colo.), Kyle Hercher (Littleton, Colo.) and Eric Law (Denver, Colo.) were selected as Scholar All-American, it was announced by the Unites States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association.
