The Iroquois Nationals, a league of sovereign nations recognized by the UN, were denied entry to England using their own passports. The FIL says they can not be permitted in the top bracket for 2014 due to their non-participation in the prior event. The Iroquois have shared their game with the world AND are widely recognized as one of the top three teams in the world. USA Starz Lacrosse is excited to participate for the first time in the ASIAN PACIFIC LACROSSE GAMES. The ASPAC happens only every 3 years, and is an official Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) event. We will play against teams from Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Canada and the United States. This decision took place at the annual General Assembly of SportAccord meeting on May 25th in Quebec City, Canada.
