SU Lacrosse Welcomes Rival Johns Hopkins To The Dome Saturday



SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The two most storied programs in college lacrosse meet for the 51st time at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 16 when No. 11 Syracuse hosts No. 4 Johns Hopkins at the Carrier Dome. The Orange and Blue Jays are the two winningest programs in Division I lacrosse history and they have met at least once every season dating back to 1983. BALTIMORE, MD – Johns Hopkins lacrosse coach Dave Pietramala announced today senior defenseman Tucker Durkin (Huntingdon Valley, PA/LaSalle College HS) and senior midfielder John Ranagan (Yorktown, NY/Yorktown) have been selected as captains for the 2013 season in a vote of their teammates.
