This past weekend was a special treat for the San Francisco lacrosse community. The second annual 'San Fran Fall Lacrosse Classic' featured an amazing game between two powerhouses in Johns Hopkins and Notre Dame live and direct from Kezar Stadium (the former home of such teams like the San Francisco Dragons and 49'ers) in front of close to 5,000 spectators. The great minds at Easton Lacrosse (Doug Appleton & Blake and Cort Kim) sponsored a clinic for the kids on the field before the game that had tomorrow's stars getting hands on teaching from ND and JHU players.
Thousands of fans and supporters will experience lacrosse played at the highest level when the San Francisco Fall Lacrosse Classic, a NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse event, returns to San Francisco’s Kezar Stadium on Saturday, October 16, 2010, after an outstanding inaugural event in 2009.
